While we appreciate - and encourage - our customers to leave reviews so others can better understand our products, we feel we must respond to several erroneous allegations in this review. You were given the opportunity to return the product - even though you admitted to having used it (our terms clearly state that we don't accept returns on used products) - and you were unable to meet the return deadline despite our making an exception, and promptly providing you with a return label. Further, we did not threaten legal action - we merely cautioned that leaving several false reviews under fake email addresses - for a variety of different products which were never in your order is not just unethical and unnecessarily retaliatory, but also tortuous, harmful and legally questionable - as well as just bad karma to put into the world overall. Please remember that for financial security IP addresses are used to ensure a transaction is legitimate. So when one writes several different reviews from apparently different email addresses that are either fake or belonging to people who've never bought UMA products - but coming from the same IP address, we can actually put together what's going on pretty quickly. I can also confirm that from your own legitimate email address, this is the only review you've left us - and you can see that it is still here.
